Top hats, while not as popular as spikes, are commonly used to show rarity. However, if you are making an outfit with color in mind with a top hat, you're limited to blue, black, red, pink, brown, and a little bit of green.

• Top Hats used to be one of the rarest items in the game, until they were released for two weeks in 2013.
